Submission of Abstracts

Please note the Late News Deadline is now closed and authors have been advised of the result.  We hope to see you at the conference.

Abstracts must be submitted on-line, please note that any abstracts submitted by paper or email may be rejected.  You may submit your abstract for consideration as either oral or poster presentation.

Instructions for Submission of Late News Abstracts

You should submit your abstract by clicking here.  You can submit your abstract as a word document or pdf on a single page using 12 point Times New Roman font. Figures may be included. Please ensure that you use mixed case for the abstract text. Please do not type your abstract text using capital letters only. If you have problems accessing the abstract site please contact the Conference Secretariat at abstract@icns9.org.

Confirmation of Receipt of Late News Abstract

Once you have submitted your abstract you can request an automatic confirmation.  If you request the confirmation and it does not arrive within 24 hours of submitting your abstract please contact the Conference Secretariat immediately at abstract@icns9.org.

Evaluation

All Late News Abstract will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

Notification of Accepted Late News Abstracts

Corresponding authors will be informed of the decision of the Scientific Committee at the email address provided by 27 April 2011 and its decision is final.  At that time you will be given full details of your presentation.

Please note that all presenters of accepted late news abstacts will be expected to register for the Conference at the appropriate rate.  If the presenter does not register by 18 May then the abstract will not appear in the CD-ROM.

Amendments

Please check your abstract very carefully before submitting as you cannot go back on-line to make amendments.  If however, you need to make any amendments then you must contact the Conference Secretariat at abstract@icns9.org.
