The exhibition will take place in Hall 5 at the SECC, which will form the hub of the Conference. This provides an excellent opportunity for delegates and visitors to interact with stand representatives and to familiarise themselves with the latest advances in research and technology.  The Internet Area, Scientific Posters and Delegate Catering will also be located in this area, further ensuring maximum contact between exhibitors and delegates.

Commercial Stand Rental

The charge per square metre for stand rental is as follows:

·     £280.00 per square metre plus VAT for bookings received up to and including 4^th January 2011

·     £295.00 per square metre plus VAT for bookings taken from 5^th January 2011 onwards

 VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate.

Charity / Non Profit Stands

Registered charities and Non Profit Organisations are offered exhibition space at £1,000.00 + VAT for a table top stand. There are a limited number of charitable stands available and bookings will be accepted from 5^th January 2011 onwards. For further information, please contact sales@icns9.org
